We are a small family business running a fleet of Melbourne metropolitan taxi’s. We schedule and run three separate shifts twenty four hours per day, seven days per week. Managing drivers, vehicle repairs, shift rosters and cancellations is not always easy. With the use of the Web Messaging system, finding drivers to fill in spare shift is now so quick and easy. We send all off-shift drivers a group message, and the first to reply can fill in the vacant shift. No need to ring each individual driver, which takes a lot of time and costs a lot of money. I can access the system whilst in the office, or whilst at home after hours and weekends.

We use it for all our general communications with drivers, staff and some of our suppliers.
